2) Accuracy:
Our policy is to double check every return. However, if we make an error we will pay for any penalties and actual interest you incur. You will be responsible for any additional taxes due had the error not been made.
3) Satisfaction:
If you are not pleased with the service you receive in the preparation of your tax return, and you choose neither to file your tax return with us or have us re-do them, we will refund your fee in full.
